These terms apply when you use divadoesall.com or buy from Diva Does All Consult (“we”, “us”), 2nd Boundary Road, Teshie-Nungua, Accra, Ghana. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Our products
- Our clay pots are carved by hand and our stands are made by hand, so sizes, colours and finishes vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photos.
- Plants are living things. Their size, shape and flowering change with the season, and the plant you receive will not be identical to the one pictured.
- Unless a listing says otherwise, the price is for the item named in the title only. Pots, stands and plants shown alongside it in a photo are not included.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Ghana cedis (GH₵) and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is taken by the methods offered at checkout. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown or agreed before you pay.
Orders
An order is accepted once we confirm it. Occasionally an item may be out of stock or listed with an error in its price or description. If that happens we will contact you, and you may choose a replacement or a full refund of anything you have paid for that item.
Delivery and collection
We arrange delivery or collection with you after you order. Delivery times are estimates. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order, as plants and clay pots should not be left unattended. Check your items when they arrive.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at info@divadoesall.com or on +233 (0)244 612 613, with a photo if you can, and we will work with you to put it right. Because plants are perishable and need care once delivered, we cannot take responsibility for plants that decline through watering, light or handling after delivery.
Services
Landscaping, interior decor, construction, refurbishment, cleaning and supply services are quoted individually. Any price given before we have seen the site is an estimate. Work begins once you have accepted a quote, and any deposit, schedule and payment terms will be set out in that quote.
Using this website
The text, photographs and designs on this site belong to Diva Does All Consult and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our liability
We take care to describe our products and services accurately. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Ghanaian law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
